Before you email

Most issues are one of five common problems. You'll usually get to a fix faster by reading the troubleshooting guide in your bundle at docs/troubleshooting.md.

When you email, please include

  • Which SKU you purchased (Starter / Pro / Team).
  • Which platform combo you're using (Gmail+Sheets, Gmail+Airtable, Outlook+Sheets, Outlook+Airtable).
  • Your n8n version.
  • A screenshot of the failing node's last execution.
  • Any recent changes you made to the workflow.

This usually lets us give you a specific answer in one reply.

What we don't help with

  • General n8n usage questions — n8n's own docs are excellent at docs.n8n.io.
  • OpenAI / Anthropic API billing — those are between you and the provider.
  • Custom integrations with non-supported CRMs — for that we'd need to build a custom adapter for you (separate engagement).

Refunds

14-day window. Email support with "refund" in the subject. If we can't resolve the issue together in a couple of back-and-forths, you get your money back. See our Terms & License page.

We read every piece of product feedback. If you have an idea for a niche (roofing, cleaning, pool service) or a feature request (pre-built Jobber adapter, SMS drafts), send it our way.
