Will it send emails without me seeing them?

No. Every workflow ships in draft-only mode. Drafts sit in your Drafts folder until you review and send. Auto-send is a deliberate change you make later, for specific follow-up stages only.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You need to be comfortable copy-pasting API keys and clicking through OAuth. If you have set up Mailchimp or installed a Shopify app, you can install this.

Does it work with my CRM?

Out of the box: Google Sheets or Airtable. For Jobber, Service Titan, or Housecall Pro, you swap one node in n8n. Pre-built adapters for common tools are on the roadmap.
