Is this a subscription?
No. One-time purchase. You own the workflows forever. You will pay for n8n hosting (~$20/mo or self-hosted) and AI usage ($1–$5/mo typically).
Will it send emails without me seeing them?
No. Every workflow creates drafts. Drafts sit in your Drafts folder until you review and send. Upgrading to auto-send is a deliberate choice you make later, for specific follow-up stages only.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You need to be comfortable copy-pasting API keys and clicking through OAuth. If you have installed a Shopify app or set up Mailchimp, you can install this.
Does it work with my CRM / Jobber / Service Titan / Housecall Pro?
Out of the box it logs to Google Sheets or Airtable. For Jobber, Service Titan, or Housecall Pro, you would swap the CRM node in n8n. We do not provide pre-built adapters in v1 — they are on the roadmap.
Gmail or Outlook?
Both. Same feature set. Pick whichever your business actually uses.
How much does running it cost?
About $20–$25/mo total: n8n Cloud (~$20) or self-hosted (~$5 VPS), plus $1–$5 AI usage. CRM uses free tiers.
Is my customer data safe?
The classifier and drafters send email content to the AI provider you configure. Nothing else leaves your systems. No Tetrad Systems server ever sees your data.
What if the AI writes a weird reply?
You see it as a draft and delete it. Worst case equals a draft you do not send. No customer ever sees AI output unless you approve it.
Does this work for non-landscaping businesses?
The prompts and templates are tuned for landscaping. You could adapt it, but we are starting with landscaping. Niche-specific kits for other trades are on the roadmap.
What about Canadian / UK / Australian customers?
Works fine. English-only templates, US phone formatting by default. Small edits to the templates and you are set.
Can I share this with my business partner?
Yes — inside the same business. You may not resell or redistribute. See the Terms & License page.
What if n8n changes their API?
The workflows target n8n 1.50+. Minor updates rarely break imported workflows. If a big break happens, we ship updated JSON for v1.x owners.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. 14 days. Money back if we cannot get it working for you.
How do I get support?
Email within 2 business days (1 business day on the Team tier). Include your n8n version and a screenshot of the failing node.
What is on the roadmap?
Pre-built CRM adapters (Jobber, Housecall Pro, Service Titan), an auto-send tier for Pro and Team, niche-specific kits for other trades, and optional SMS drafts via Twilio.
